Tammy and Mike Noble know what it looks like when life doesn't go according to plan — and more importantly, they know what it looks like to rebuild. Over 24 years of marriage, four kids, and multiple businesses, they've faced the kind of storms in marriage, parenting, and entrepreneurship that most people don't talk about in public. They do.
Serial entrepreneurs with a passion for people, Tammy and Mike work side by side in business consulting and marriage mentorship — helping couples and business owners move past the hurdles that once felt impossible. Their approach is refreshingly real: no highlight-reel pretending, just hard-won wisdom delivered with warmth, humor, and the credibility of a couple who's actually been through it.

Dan has appeared twice on Good Morning America, released his DryBar special Stupid Skills, and wrote the book Confounding the Wise, a celebration of adoption and kids with special needs. His comedy is big-hearted, road-tested, and genuinely funny.
Matt Smeltzer | Comedian · Pastor · Cartoonist · Rochester, NY
Matt wears a lot of hats — pastor, cartoonist, husband to Jolene, dad of four, and operator of a homeless shelter. For over 20 years he's also volunteered with children with disabilities in Guatemala. He's opened for Brad Stine, Brian Bates, and Sky Sands. Expect humor with a lot of heart hiding behind it.

Chris brings music, nature, and an endless supply of dad jokes. Together they bring honesty, joy, and the wide-eyed perspective of a couple still in their first year.
Chara & Emory D. Beale II | 16 & 26 years in ministry · Lionhearted Lamb World Outreach · 7 children
Together for decades and still going strong — with seven kids and a world outreach ministry to show for it. Chara is a prophetic teacher, women's ministry leader, and educational coach in the Rochester City School District. Emory is a prophetic evangelist who has ministered across Africa, Peru, Mexico, Jamaica, and cities all over the U.S. If you want wisdom that's been forged in fire and seasoned with grace, these two have it.
